Welcome to Grafik Prints. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms below. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site and all purchases made through our store.

2. Eligibility

To use this site, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products & Print-on-Demand

All posters sold through Grafik Prints are made to order using print-on-demand services. Colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen. We don’t hold stock, so all products are freshly printed when you place an order.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT (where applicable). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is processed securely at checkout. Orders will not be fulfilled until full payment is received.

5. Shipping & Fulfilment

Orders are typically fulfilled within 2–5 business days, with shipping times varying by location. See our Shipping Policy for full details. International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Returns & Cancellations

Because each poster is printed to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. You may cancel your order before it enters production by emailing us at hello@grafikprints.com.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, and content on this website are the property of Grafik Prints or its creators. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or purchase of products is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
