Returns & Cancellations

Made to order
As each item is custom-printed just for you, we do not accept returns if you simply change your mind. This is in line with UK consumer law for made-to-order products.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as expected, we’ll make it right. Just email us within 7 days of receiving your order, ideally with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Cancelling an order
You have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund before it has gone into production. Once production has started, cancellations are not guaranteed — but get in touch and we’ll do what we can.
